AS A MEMBER OF ST JOHN’S SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB you are respectfully requested to abide by the following:

Membership cards to be presented to any Committee member upon request

Children to be supervised at all times by a parent or authorised adult

Dogs to be kept under control at all times and any dog mess to be removed immediately from the surrounding playing fields/recreation area - dog waste bins are provided on the field

Non-members/guests must be ‘signed in’ by a member and a charge of £1:00 paid to the bar staff.  A non-member/guest can only be ‘signed in’ 5 times within any 12 month period

Members are permitted to ‘sign in’ up to 3 guests at any one time and the guest/s are then the  responsibility of that member and must leave if the member leaves the premises

The premises and surrounding areas to be treated respectfully at all times which includes responsibility for litter, cigarette butts, returning glasses to the bar, leaving toilet areas as you would expect to find them

Behaviour and language should be appropriate to a family orientated club and moderated immediately upon request by a member of the Committee or bar staff

Membership renewal fee to be paid promptly each year
